INTRODUCTION

Radar plays a vital role in the detection and warning oftargets on the water. Radar is a fully active detection tool by actively transmitting microwave signals, receiving andprocessing target echo signals for imaging,identification, tracking and warning. Compared with photoelectric camera CCTV systems, radar has the outstanding advantages of long range,all weather,omni-direction and multi-target. Theradar outputs a radar target 1(TT) or TT and AIS fusion signal, which guides the photoelectricity to photographthe specific target for evidence.The operational terminal can be overlaid with chart display, optical TV, TT and AIS to display the situation in the Alert area, and can store, review and warn as required.
