Job description:
1. Make production plan and task, arrange and manage production schedule;
2. Track production situation, product demand, production process, output value target, etc., and complete production target on time;
3. Respond to abnormal production in time, track problems found in time, and put forward reasonable suggestions;
4. Participate in the formulation and implementation of action plans to improve production efficiency and quality;
5. Monitor and standardize the operation methods to ensure the safety and cleanness of the production site;
6. Manage and coordinate personnel management and production activities of production department;
7. Responsible for staff management and training.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in production management, electronic information, mechanical manufacturing, etc.;
2. At least 5 years working experience in production management of electronic machinery industry; familiar with radar manufacturing is preferred;
3. Proficient in industry product quality specifications and production standards, familiar with product technical characteristics and production process, familiar with manufacturing enterprise production, logistics and internal technical operation process;
4. Strong ability of quality management, process optimization, overall organization, communication and coordination, good ability of problem analysis and solution;
5. Familiar with office software, ERP (UFIDA) operation experience is preferred, strong logical thinking ability and cost control awareness;
6. Good leadership, organization and coordination ability, communication ability, execution ability, etc.
