Job Description：
1 Formulate the IQC specifications according to the technical requirements and carry it out.
2 Responsible for PQC, FQC, and OQC of products, and supervise the operation process.
3 Collect and archive various quality inspection records and relevant data, analyze the causes of material procurement, production process and finished product quality problems, propose improvement plans, and promote relevant departments to solve them in time;
4 Carry out IQC, PQC, FQC and OQC inspection and find process / product defects, supervise and guide the analysis and processing process, and summarize the refining experience.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than three years quality management experience;
2. Quality management, electronic information, machinery manufacturing and other related disciplines;
3. Familiar with common electronic circuits and components, and understand their functions;
4. Familiar with five quality management tools and ISO9000 quality management system;
5. Strong hands-on ability, learning ability and analysis ability, good professional quality and cooperation spirit, professional dedication, good document habit, conscientious and responsible, active in work, strong communication ability;
6. Working experience in RF products and marine radar products is preferred.
