Job description:

1. Assist the general manager in the daily operation and management of the company;

2. Guide each department to make work plan, supervise the implementation efficiency and process of the plan, and guide to obtain high standard implementation results;

3. Assist in formulating the company's overall development strategic plan including technological innovation, market operation, production quality control, etc.;

4. Be responsible for improving and implementing the rules and regulations of all departments of the company, supervising the work process, and evaluating the performance according to the standards;

5. Do a good job in team building and training, assessment, rewards and punishments, and career development guidance for employees of subordinate departments;

6. Build the company's brand and culture.

 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in business administration or economics, with more than three years of relevant management experience, such as assistant general manager, deputy general manager of operation, Department Manager, office director management experience;

2. Excellent writing organization, logical induction ability, good at speech expression;

3. Familiar with daily office software operation, skilled in PPT, Excel, etc., with high efficiency;

4. Management experience in R & D enterprises of electronic instruments is preferred;

5. Good interpersonal communication and team coordination ability, strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, team building ability;

6. Strong sense of career and mission, highly consistent with the company's values;

7. Positive attitude, willing to contribute, execution first;
