Responsibilities:
1. According to the needs, carry out the scheme design of special equipment, draw the parts drawings and general assembly drawings.
2. According to the design requirements, track the manufacturing process of products, and control.
3. Decompose the principle drawing and refine the structure drawing.
4. Track the progress, solve the problems in production at any time, and complete the task as required.
Requirements:
1. Master mechanical principle and mechanical transmission knowledge;
2. Familiar with machining, sheet metal, casting, injection molding and other processing technology, surface treatment technology and design specifications;
3. Understand the performance and application of common materials;
4. Proficient in waterproof design of electronic products;
5. Have the ability to analyze the structural strength, integrity, reliability, material specification, machinability and safety of products;
6. Proficient in computer operation, CAD, SolidWork or PROE, CorelDRAW (PS / AI) and other drawing software, proficient in office software, good at finite element software;
7. More than 3-5 years working experience in mechanical structure design is preferred.
