Job Description：
1. Engaged in equipment assembly, installation, maintenance and debugging;
2. Coordinate the solution of customer's technical problems and product problems, and complete the customer's reasonable needs and after-sales maintenance work;
3. Be good at dealing with all kinds of installation problems, and have the ability to deal with installation problems on site;
4. Responsible for preparing and sorting out product implementation documents, collecting and sorting out user feedback information, and proposing product improvement suggestions;
5. Follow the arrangement of department leaders and carry out production and assembly work;
6. Complete the work assigned by leaders.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in marketing or mechatronics;
2. More than one year experience in equipment installation and after-sales maintenance, 2 years driving experience is preferred;
3. Practical, hardworking and willing to travel;
4. Strong communication skills, team spirit and good customer service awareness;
5. Responsible, able to work under pressure, no bad work record;
6. After sales experience in installation of navigation communication and navigation equipment is preferred.
